Start by mixing 2 tablespoons of Fiber Stuff in 8oz to 12oz of water. Increase dosage slowly by 1/2 tablespoon to a maximum of 4 tablespoons in 12oz to 16oz of water daily. Once you achieve your desired result, maintain this dosage as needed. To add taste without too many calories, try adding fresh pineapple (1 1/2 cups) in a blender with Fiber Stuff and ice, add organic apple juice or almond milk and enjoy
